Welcome to SyncReady. These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the SyncReady website, waitlist, and services (collectively, the “Service”). By joining the waitlist or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, to use the Service. By using it, you represent that you meet this requirement and that the information you provide is accurate.

2. The Service

SyncReady provides tools and education for preparing music catalogs for sync licensing, including metadata tagging, catalog scoring, and rights management features. The Service is in pre-launch; features, pricing, and availability may change before and after launch.

3. Waitlist & Early Access

Joining the waitlist does not guarantee access to the Service. Early access offers, including any one-time purchases, are subject to availability and any additional terms presented at the point of sale.

4. Your Content

You retain all ownership of the music, metadata, and other content you upload. You grant SyncReady a limited license to host and process that content solely to provide the Service. You are responsible for ensuring you have the rights to any content you submit.

5. Acceptable Use

• Do not upload content you do not have the rights to.
• Do not attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer, or abuse the Service.
• Do not use the Service for unlawful purposes.

6. Intellectual Property

The SyncReady name, logo, and platform are owned by SyncReady and protected by intellectual property laws. These Terms do not grant you any right to use our branding without permission.

7. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, SyncReady is not liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

8. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
